Stopped in while nursing a cold the other day. They have a selection of 12 soups to choose from, and you can get a half sandwhich or salad combo as well. I had the chicken dumpling soup and turkey sandwhich. The soup was tasty and the sandwhich was solid. Although, the bread to ingredient ratio was a bit off as the bread's pretty thick. Overall, this is a solid place.

This place is great, so many varieties of amazing soup. You can sample them also so you know the one you really want. Great sandwiches also.

Not a big fan of soup generally, but I had the mexican chicken soup and it was great. Also had the loco burrito salad as a combo and it was good as well. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Ths is a fine location, but it is 'fast food' - not table-service. I did, however like the soup, and the sandwich was acceptable. I do not think that there was an effort to create a group of 'Soup-Sandwich Combos' [for example: Tomato Soup and Cheese Sandwich is a historical favorite in my family], as much as pick a soup and pick a sandwich. The quality was not bad, but for what I sought, I wish I had found a place where I could sit and get a waiter service and the same warm and quiet environment i did receive.

Awesome!! I found out about this business through work, they brought in lunch one day for the employee's. Very good :) Thank you

I ordered the 12 oz size of soup and am full. The chicken pot pie soup is great, tastes just like mom's soup. Nice roll. Quick and clean. Taste them all before you order. Can't wait to go back.

East coast franchise with another location on 16th street. The spicy crab soup was ok, and the cheese of the turkey sandwich was decent.

My husband loves soup. He apparently gets into arguments (regularly) with people at work over whether or not soup alone is a meal. He loves this place and the other day when I got out of jury duty early (hooray!) I met him here for a celebratory lunch. So, as others have mentioned, they have 12 soups available on a rotating basis. They also serve salads and sandwiches. He had the chicken pot pie soup (I did not care for it, too rich) and I had the twice baked stuffed potato which was also too rich but didn't seem so until I had eaten half of it. Also ordered was a chicken caesar salad (decent) and a southwest turkey sandwich which was weird. My sandwich had turkey, cheese, chipotle mayo, and a couple pieces of diced tomato. My problem with the sandwich was that it desperately needed some veggies on it. If it had a nice handful of lettuce and some more tomato on it it would have been great but it was just too melty and rich. It was just okay. Which sums up Zoup nicely - just okay. But my husband really likes it. Still, I think there is a reason why this place, which is in the same strip mall as Yolanda's Tacos is nearly empty while Yolanda's is standing room only.

Expensive for what you get. Kid size sandwich was $5.50 and a small soup another $5.50. Add a drink and my lunch ran $12.50. They called it a half and half combo. The chicken Toscana half sandwich was a little dry with tender cubes of chicken and roasted peppers. Good flavor but overpriced. The lobster bisque was delicious with chunks of lobster, but again overpriced. I won't be back but only because of price. Overall, the food was very good. Bring your checkbook!

My coworkers and I have been here a few times, and always love it. I've used the order online tool, and it's simple and effective. Their pick two lunches are a great value, and it's definitely a place our team will continue to patron! I was actually surprised to see it so empty around 1pm today. Go check them out!

Great spot for lunch. I am a big fan of the pick two special with the turkey sandwich and the lobster bisque. Service has always been friendly and quick. I am sure the other soups are great but I can't deviate from the bisque.

So when you're in a different town and not too adventurous...but you want hot and filling...Zoup is perfect. I had Lobster bisque soup with a chicken toscana sandwich...my wife had the broccoli cheddar soup with a chicken Caesar salad. Hot and delicious. Perfect after a long day on the road. Very friendly even though we goofed and came in just before close. Hot bread to go with it.. We need one of these in Omaha !!

Decent concept, friendly staff, food average. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member that introduced us to the concept of their rotating soups. The food took a little bit to get to us. I had the chicken pot pie soup and a roast beef sandwich. The soup was good, not great. The sandwich was very basic and they don't offer any extra condiments like mustard at least that I could see. My suggestion in regards to the concept is do 8 soups (vs 12), always have 6 on the menu, rotate 2 daily throughout the week. Of the six that stay consistent have 2 vegi, 2 meat, 2 best sellers. Personally I like consistency in the food that I eat. Sometimes I crave a specific food and don't want to have to do the math to figure out when it will be offered. And if it is too far out my craving may subside and I will go somewhere else. Also make ALL your food fresh! This includes your salads as well. If you offer it put as much pride and effort into it as you do your soups. If you're going to half-way do something take it off the menu! Go for quality over quantity.

The people working here were super friendly and helpful. The food was very average though. The salads come pre-made in a package. I had the Caesar salad and veggie wrap. All were decent but not amazing. They do offer a variety of soups and the offerings change daily.

Somewhat obsessed with this place :) They offer a plethora of soups, I believe 16. They provide calorie and even weight watchers information on the soups. Love the split pea, overstuffed bell pepper, and chicken pot pie. You can get your soup in a bread bowl which is amazing. Otherwise, the soup comes with a small roll: french, sourdough, or multigrain. Salads and sandwiches are also served, but I always get soup. Very friendly staff. Now offering a loyalty punchcard for returning customer. My only gripe is they are a little too expensive for the type of restaurant they are.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this place based on some of the reviews but it was cold and I was craving a soup so I figured why not? I'm glad I came in... the first thing I noticed was the étouffée, which happened to be on Top Chef the week prior (I realized this after the fact) and I asked to try it and it was perfect. Great balance of all the ingredients. I also had the chicken dill, which is more like a broth, and that was really good. I had the 4 cheese sandwich and the Greek. I thought the 4 cheese was good but not my favorite. The Greek sandwich was exactly what I expected and I'll probably get it again at some point. For lunch, there is the option to pick 2- soup, salad, sandwich. Some days I think a soup might be enough but it's nice to have a combo to have something go along with the soup.

Well the Soup really is very good I had the Spicy Crab Soup and it was very good, thick but not gummy or pasty as some soups can be. Great Crab taste and just the right amount of spice. The Chicken Pot Pie was also very good. The Burrito Salad was odd I am not sure why it had the word Burrito in it, the amount of Chicken in it was pretty sparse. When I go back there is no doubt I will just order soup and that is it.

Perfect for when you want soup! Lots of variety, decent sandwich/salad choices and you can always make a combo. The soups are good, but I've yet to find one I crave. The sandwiches are ok, but lack that something special or unique. The staff has always been friendly. The restaurant is always clean. And they have online ordering which makes takeout super easy. I want to give them 4 stars, but the few times I've been there (out of convenience and trying to find something to love about them), I just can't get too excited about them. That doesn't mean I won't come back. I certainly prefer it to fast food or some other convenient/quick options in the area.

On those cold winter days when you just have a hankering for some warm comforting soup Zoups is the place to be. They have an assortment of varieties of soups to choose from daily that you can order along with sammiches that you can mix and match according to your liking. The crawfish étouffée wasn't too bad...lobster bisque is good!

  • Alexis G.

Let me start by saying I love soup -- especially on a chili day. It gives you that warm and fuzzy feeling from the inside out. Yay soup! So, as you can imagine, Zoup! is my kind of place! They have about 12 different soups available daily and they ENCOURAGE sampling. I could have just sampled soup all day and been happy as a clam. But, I felt guilty for taking so long with too many samples, so I quickly settled on the Lobster Bisque. It was creamy, buttery, and soothing. I also ordered the cobb salad which was very fresh and quite yummy. After my meal, I felt so comforted and ready for a nap!

So far so great! Only been once but this was exactly they type of place I've been looking for. Especially since winter is coming. My only complaint so far is that they say they have been here for 4 years and I didn't know it.

Zoup! is great. I've been a customer since around the time they opened in Greenwood Village. Never had a bad meal yet. The staff is always friendly and outgoing. The soup taste and selection is excellent. 9/10 I opt for the Chicken pot pie soup and Chicken Toscana sandwich. Can't beat it. I do try to go to Zoup at off times to avoid any sort of line. The seating is super limited when busy, so its best to go well after or before the lunch rush. As far as cost is concerned, its not cheap. But then again, anything good usually isn't cheap.

I was in yesterday with my coworker and, we waited 45 min for a bowl of soup and a half sandwich to go. I have a 30 min lunch and work for a company that makes me use my vacation half days at a time. So my lunch cost me half a day and since my coworkers order was completely wrong it cost her lunch and half a day of work.

Placed my order online today and went and picked to pick it up and it was ready for me! Service was quick this time. Chicken pot pie soup is the best!

The flavors of the food are good, but they are very understaffed. At lunchtime the wait is too long and then, because they are so slow, he soup is not hot by the time they call your name. They need help to figure out how to run an efficient fast casual restaurant.

Getting soup by itself is a little pricey ($5 for the "side" size). But they have the pick 2 deals which are comparable to other lunch places! I ended up with the ginger butternut squash soup, which was delish. I had such a difficult time choosing which soup to go for, though! Their crab/crawfish etoufee was also delicious! They let you sample whatever soup you want before you order/pay, so that is very helpful.

Asked for broccoli cheddar in a bread bowl. Was told they were out of bread bowls, so ordered cup. Waited over 30 minutes when they told me they ran out of broccoli cheddar. 35 minutes later got my overpriced, somewhat hot, soup to go. Staff was friendly at least.

Zoup, soup or however you call it is ok. I crave a good hearty bowl during the winter months or whenever there is a chill in the air. However even with 92 degree weather it was time to try this new place. There are 12 daily soups and I guess they change them daily as well. Thats a lot of soups. I only know how to make chicken soup with matzoh balls. Maybe they could give me a lesson or 12. I tried a few soups before choosing the chicken lemon basil one. I also had a half veggie wrap. Both were good. I thought there was too much tzadiki sauce on the wrap but that might just be me. You also get a nice size roll with the soups. If I had paid attention I would have just had soup and roll. There are also salads. I think 7 salads and 7 sanwiches and 12 soups. Seems easy enough but too many choices in each category. This place is good but I am not sold and I do not exactly know why. I will try it again and then give an update. I hope I like it because soup is good in the winter time for me. I am always looking for a good place to warm up in the cold.

Kind of a healthy food meets comfort food mix with salads and sandwich's. I thought the chicken Toscana was subpar and very processed. They do have crawfish and shrimp étouffée which you don't see very often, as well as a lobster bisque. The servers were very nice and we will probably go back. But it wasn't a knock my socks off kind of place.

I really like the Mac and Cheese and sandwiches. The people working there are always super nice and helpful as well. It has a really nice lively atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. I've been there a few times and plan on going back again.

I still continue to go here. Unfortunately for me it's late lunch and the soups are almost gone. Still enjoy a salad or sandwich / soup combo and love that I can taste any soup I want before I order it. I'm always full.

This place has been going downhill since the new owners took over. Staff is very young and don't understand how a business should be run or what customer service is.

When asked about a good local sandwich shop, the folks at Sheraton pointed us towards Jimmy John's. Damn glad we came to Zoup! instead of that. The lobster bisque is beyond bomb!

Just tried this place for the first time today, and I'm gonna give it 3 out of 5, but mainly because I wanna try to again before I make more of a decision. I had the chicken tuscan (or whatever it was called) and the gumbo, and it was pretty good; bigger fan of the soup than the sandwich, but the sammie was good too. I'm more of a "fresh" sandwich person, and this one didn't have much of the fresh veggies (because it was a melty type sammich), but it was still good. Next time, I'll try something different, along with a different soup. But the employees were friendly, and the price was reasonable. Um, so yeah, I'll post up later when I try it again!

Zoup is awesome! This is my second trip to Zoup. When we walked in we were greeted by all of the staff. We tried several different soups and then decided on the Chicken Pot Pie and the Potato Cheddar. The owner had a good up sell and was not pushy. Also the restaurant was very clean. The soup is al little pricey but very tasty. I wll be going back many times.

Wow, was this soup terrible. Honestly, it's not possible to say enough about how disappointed we were. We tried seven of the soups, and they were extremely salty, and all of them tasted canned or powdered. It was EXACTLY like the bad cup-a-soup junk you add water to and wait five minutes. The mushroom bisque was so salty we both couldn't even finish the sample. The cheddar soups (we tried a few) tasted like spray cheese. It's obvious these are cheap premade junk soups. Nothing fresh here at all. And for $7 a bowl? Are you kidding me? What an unbelievable ripoff. You're better off going to Sweet Tomatoes where they have seven soups a day fresh made and mostly amazing. So disappointing. What JUNK. BLECH. Don't go here. Seriously. Avoid like the plague.

It's a good thing I didn't read the previous reviews before going here... I think this place is pretty new to the block, so maybe they were just getting going when other reviews were written, but I walked in, was immediately welcomed by the staff behind the counter who cheerfully explained how they work. I asked for a recommendation, the spinach and brown rice soup was offered and was delicious, so I went with that one after trying a couple other samples (which were happily provided) and wasn't disappointed. The bread they gave as a side was delicious as well. Definitely will head back here again, maybe I just caught it on a good day.

ive eaten here a couple times & my experiences were fine...but the last sandwich that i had, i had my co worker pick up for me. i ordered online so idk if thats where it went wrong but i ordered a chicken sandwhich w/ some add ons such as guac, dressing and pepperjack. i get my sandwhich & i open it & it barely had ANY MEAT! like literally maybe a couple chunks. it had a ton of onions though! no cheese whatsoever, none of my addons...i literally paid $7 for the bread. very disappointed especially when i have been extremely busy at work to go get something else to eat! def dont trust online ordering from them anymore. i would have gone back demanding my money back so i could have a decent meal but i didnt have time.
